He has 11 years experience in financial, BPO and contact center IT departments for companies with up to 125,000 employees. He joined VMware in 2017 and has been recently recognized as an Ambassador for the Office of the CTO.
He has a strong background in:

- PCI environments and the process of compliance
- Strategic IT Planning and IT Project Management, documentation and knowledge transfer
He is VCAP Certified for Datacenter design and administration, and VCP for Network Virtualization (NSX). He has been awarded vExpert since 2015, and is part of the vExpertNSX and vExpertPRO subprograms. He’s a semi-regular host in English and Spanish for the vBrownBag podcast.
